BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. (Nasdaq: BMRN) is offering to sell 6,500,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. BioMarin has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 650,000 shares of common stock.
