Arca Biopharma (Nasdaq: ABIO) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to sell, from time to time, up to 2,916,666 shares of Common Stock on behalf of Selling Shareholders. Of the total, 1,250,000 shares of Arca's common stock is issuable upon the exercise of warrants held by the selling stockholders.

Arca will not receive proceeds from the sale by shareholders.
