Amesite withdraws SEC registration statement for public offering

Amesite Inc. (NASDAQ: AMST) filed a request with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to withdraw its Registration Statement on Form S-1, the company announced April 27. The registration statement was originally filed on April 20.
The Detroit-based AI enterprise solutions developer stated it no longer intends to pursue a public offering under the registration statement at this time. The SEC had not declared the registration statement effective, and no securities were sold in connection with the proposed public offering.
The withdrawn registration statement was numbered 333-295187. The company did not provide specific reasons for the withdrawal decision.
Amesite develops AI-powered enterprise solutions, with its flagship product NurseMagic serving healthcare and home care sectors. According to the company, the platform is used across 50 states and 21 countries.
