American Tungsten reprices private placement to $2.58 per share
American Tungsten Corp. (CSE: TUNG) (OTCQB: TUNGF) (FSE: RK9) announced it has revised the pricing of its non-brokered private placement under the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption to $2.58 per common share, according to a company statement.
The company cited market volatility as the reason for the pricing adjustment from its previously announced offering. The $20 million offering maintains its other terms, including no warrants and cash-only finders' fees up to 6%.
Chief Executive Officer Ali Haji stated the repricing "aligns this financing with current market dynamics" and reflects the company's commitment to shareholders while remaining prudent in current market conditions.
American Tungsten will file an amended offering document on www.sedarplus.ca and its corporate website. Investors who previously committed to or submitted subscription agreements at the prior price will receive amendments confirming allocations at the new $2.58 price.
The company plans to use net proceeds for its exploration program at the IMA Mine in Idaho, technical studies, and working capital. The offering requires approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange.
American Tungsten is a Canadian exploration company focused on tungsten and magnetite assets in North America. The company holds an exclusive option to acquire full ownership of the Ima Mine Project, subject to a 2% royalty, and has expanded its position with 113 additional federal claims covering nearly 2,000 acres.
