American Lithium Minerals receives SEC approval for $20 million offering
American Lithium Minerals Inc. (OTC: AMLM) announced that the Securities and Exchange Commission qualified the company's Regulation A offering statement on February 4, 2026. The exploration-stage mining company can now raise up to $20 million through the public offering.
The company focuses on gold, silver, lithium, rare earths and other critical metals. AMLM said it has received financing proposals totaling up to $34 million and anticipates listing on a national exchange in 2026.
