Alumis plans $175 million public stock offering

Alumis Inc. (NASDAQ: ALMS) announced plans to conduct an underwritten public offering of $175 million of common stock shares. The clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company will offer all shares, with underwriters receiving a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $26.25 million of shares at the public offering price.
The proposed offering remains subject to market and other conditions, with no assurance regarding completion timing or final terms. Morgan Stanley, Leerink Partners, Cantor and Wells Fargo Securities will serve as joint book-running managers.
The company will conduct the offering through a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 that was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and declared effective on August 19, 2025.
Alumis develops targeted therapies for immune-mediated diseases. The company's pipeline includes envudeucitinib for systemic immune-mediated disorders such as moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis and systemic lupus erythematosus, A-005 for neuroinflammatory and neurodegenerative diseases, and lonigutamab for thyroid eye disease treatment.
