Alpha Modus issues $110,000 convertible note to investor

Alpha Modus Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: AMOD) issued a convertible promissory note to investor Alexander Haase-Dubosc for $110,000 in exchange for $100,000, according to a securities purchase agreement dated December 30, 2025.
The note carries a 7% annual interest rate and matures on December 29, 2026. The investor can convert the note into Class A common stock shares beginning six months after issuance at a conversion price equal to 80% of the five-day volume-weighted average price calculated on December 31, 2025.
The company received the $100,000 purchase price on December 30, 2025, when the note was issued.
