Allied Critical Metals announces $10 million private placement offering

Allied Critical Metals Inc. (CSE: ACM) (OTCQB: ACMIF) (FSE: 0VJ0) announced a non-brokered private placement offering to raise up to $10 million through the issuance of up to 16.67 million common shares at $0.60 per share.
The shares will be offered under the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption to purchasers in Canada, excluding Quebec, and certain international jurisdictions. The securities will not be subject to a hold period under Canadian securities laws.
The company plans to use net proceeds for exploration and development activities on its Borralha Tungsten Project and Vila Verde Tungsten Project, along with additional working capital. Both projects are located in northern Portugal and are wholly owned by the company.
The offering requires approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange and is expected to close on or around October 21, 2025. Allied Critical Metals may pay finder's fees of up to 7% of gross proceeds and issue finder's warrants exercisable at $0.60 per share for 24 months from closing.

Allied Critical Metals operates tungsten mining projects in Portugal. The company notes that tungsten has been designated as a critical metal by the United States and other western countries, with China, Russia and North Korea representing approximately 86% of global supply and reserves.
