Agomab closes $200 million IPO on NASDAQ

Agomab Therapeutics NV (NASDAQ: AGMB) completed its initial public offering, raising approximately $200 million in gross proceeds before underwriting fees and expenses, according to a company statement.
The Belgium-based clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company sold 12.5 million American Depositary Shares at $16.00 per share. Each ADS represents one common share of the company.
Trading of Agomab's shares began February 6, 2026 on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "AGMB."
J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Leerink Partners and Van Lanschot Kempen served as joint book-running managers for the offering.
The Securities and Exchange Commission declared the company's registration statement effective January 30, 2026.
Agomab develops therapies for immunology and inflammatory diseases, with a focus on chronic fibrotic conditions. The company's product candidates target established pathways using validated approaches aimed at increasing efficacy while minimizing systemic toxicities.
