Agereh Technologies revises private placement terms to $500,000

Agereh Technologies Inc. (TSXV:AUTO)(OTCQB: CRBAF) announced revised terms for its non-brokered private placement, reducing the offering to up to 10,000,000 units at $0.05 per unit for maximum gross proceeds of $500,000.
Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant exercisable at $0.10 for 24 months from issuance. The Edmonton-based company previously announced the private placement in August 2025.
The units will be offered under the listed issuer financing exemption in all Canadian provinces except Quebec. Securities issued will not be subject to resale restrictions under Canadian securities laws.
The company will file an offering document on SEDARPLUS and its website for prospective investors. The offering requires approvals including conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
Agereh develops AI technology solutions for the transportation industry, with its first application using artificial intelligence to predict optimal financing scenarios for consumers while maintaining anonymity.
