Aethlon Medical prices $4.5 million public stock offering

Aethlon Medical Inc. (NASDAQ: AEMD) announced the pricing of a public offering of 5 million shares of common stock and accompanying warrants at $0.90 per share.
The San Diego-based medical device company expects to raise approximately $4.5 million in gross proceeds before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses. The offering includes warrants to purchase up to 5 million additional shares at an exercise price of $0.90 per share, exercisable immediately and expiring five years from issuance.
Maxim Group LLC serves as the exclusive placement agent for the offering. The closing is expected to occur on or about September 5, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
Aethlon stated it intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including clinical trial expenses, research and development expenses, capital expenditures, and working capital.
The securities are being offered under a registration statement on Form S-1 that was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 4, 2024.
Aethlon Medical develops medical therapeutic products focused on treating cancer and infectious diseases. The company is advancing its Hemopurifier device, designed to remove pathogenic targets from biological fluids for applications in oncology and infectious disease treatment.
