Quantum Leap Acquisition Corp prices $200 million IPO at $10 per unit
Quantum Leap Acquisition Corp announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 20 million units at $10.00 per unit, raising $200 million. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one redeemable warrant, with each warrant allowing the purchase of one Class A ordinary share at $11.50.
The units are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under ticker symbol "QLEPU" on May 1, 2026. The company expects the IPO to close on May 4, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Once the securities begin separate trading, the ordinary shares and warrants will trade under symbols "QLEP" and "QLEPW" respectively.
A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners serves as sole book-running manager for the offering. The company has granted underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 3 million additional units at the IPO price to cover over-allotments.

The company is led by CEO Kervin Pillay, Chairman and CFO Haydar Haba, and COO David James Chapman. The SEC declared the company's registration statement on Form S-1 effective on April 30, 2026.
