Zoom Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZOOM) reported first quarter of 2012 net income of $0.6 million compared to net loss of $2.0 million in the fourth quarter of 2011.

Revenue for the quarter came in at $90.9 million, versus $58.6 million reported last year.
