Ziff Davis (ZD) Tops Q1 EPS by 12c; reaffirms outlook

Ziff Davis (NASDAQ: ZD) reported Q1 EPS of $1.27, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $1.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $314.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $313.32 million.

GUIDANCE:

Ziff Davis sees FY2024 EPS of $6.43-$6.77, versus the consensus of $6.58. Ziff Davis sees FY2024 revenue of $1.411-1.471 billion, versus the consensus of $1.435 billion.
