Zhone Tech (ZHNE) Misses Q2 EPS by 1c

Zhone Tech (NASDAQ: ZHNE) reported Q2 EPS of ($0.05), $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.04). Revenue for the quarter came in at $22.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $22.5 million.

Adjusted earnings before stock-based compensation, interest, taxes, depreciation and merger transaction costs (“adjusted EBITDA”) was an adjusted EBITDA loss of $0.1 million for the second quarter of 2016, compared to an adjusted EBITDA loss of $0.7 million for the first quarter of 2016 and an adjusted EBITDA profit of $0.1 million for the second quarter of 2015.
