Washington REIT (WRE) Reports In-Line Q3 FFO

Washington REIT (NYSE: WRE) reported Q3 FFO of $0.45, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $78.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $77.49 million.

Washington REIT sees FY2015 FFO of $1.68-$1.70, versus prior guidance of $1.68-$1.72 and the consensus of $1.66.
