Walgreen Co. (NYSE: WAG) reports Q1 non-GAAP EPS of $0.52, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.48. Revenue for the quarter was $16.4 billion, which compares to the estimate of $16.30 billion.
Same store sales rose 4.9% during the quarter.
