- Contract value of new orders of $140.8 million, up 39.3%
- Active selling neighborhood count of 41, up 64.0%
- Deliveries of 138, up 17.9%
- Average selling price per home delivered of $486,000, up 18.5%
- Backlog units totaling 570, up 49.6%
- Backlog contract value of $282.4 million, up 43.6%
