Vertex Pharma (VRTX) Tops Q1 EPS by 2c; Reaffirms

Vertex Pharma (NASDAQ: VRTX) reported Q1 EPS of $3.05, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $3.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.37 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.34 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Vertex Pharma reaffirms FY2023 revenue of $9.55-9.7 billion, versus the consensus of $9.7 billion.
