VEREIT (VER) Reports In-Line Q2 FFO, Trims High-End of FY Guidance

VEREIT (NYSE: VER) reported Q2 FFO of $0.19, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $371 million versus the consensus estimate of $323.34 million.

GUIDANCE:

VEREIT sees FY2016 FFO of $0.75-$0.78, versus prior guidance of $0.75-$0.80 and the consensus of $0.78.
