GUIDANCE:

Urban Edge Properties sees FY2024 EPS of $0.28-$0.31, versus the consensus of $0.30.
FFO of $1.42 to $1.45 per diluted share, and FFO as Adjusted of $1.29 to $1.32 per diluted share.
