Time Warner (NYSE: TWX) reported Q1 EPS of $2.28, may not compare to the analyst estimate of $1.74. Revenue for the quarter came in at $8 billion versus the consensus estimate of $7.91 billion.

• EPS and Adjusted EPS in the current year quarter included a net benefit of $0.49 related to the settlement of a U.S. federal tax audit and the retroactive extension of an expired tax law.
