Shuffle Master, Inc. (NASDAQ: SHFL) reported Q1 EPS of $0.14, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $56.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $51.11 million.
The company also announced it will acquire Ongame for about €19.5 million.
Ahead of the opening bell Tuesday, Shuffle Master shares last traded at $15.50, up more than 6 percent from Monday's close.
