UCP (NYSE: UCP) reported Q3 EPS of $0.16, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $93.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $83.52 million.

Backlog on a dollar basis increased 30.1% to $157.2 million
