Tronox (TROX) Misses Q4 EPS by 3c, provides guidance

Tronox (NYSE: TROX) reported Q4 EPS of $0.03, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $676 million versus the consensus estimate of $703.64 million.

GUIDANCE:

Tronox sees FY2025 revenue of $3-3.4 billion, versus the consensus of $3.202 billion.

2025 Adjusted EBITDA expected to be $525-625 million
2025 Capital expenditures of $375-395 million
2025 Free cash flow expected to be relatively flat at the midpoint of the range
Identified $125-175 million of sustainable, run-rate cost improvements achievable by the end of 2026
