TRI Pointe Group (TPH) Tops Q1 EPS by 8c

TRI Pointe Group (NYSE: TPH) reported Q1 EPS of $0.24, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $595.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $568.96 million.

Outlook

Due to the uncertainty regarding the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on both the U.S. economy and the Company’s business operations and financial performance, the Company has withdrawn its previously issued guidance for fiscal 2020.
