SurModics (SRDX) Tops Q3 EPS by 7c, suspends previous guidance

SurModics (NASDAQ: SRDX) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.27), $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.34). Revenue for the quarter came in at $30.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $29.95 million.

Fiscal Year 2024 Financial Guidance

Surmodics is suspending its previously issued financial guidance for fiscal 2024 in light of the pending acquisition by GTCR.
