Sun Communities (NYSE: SUI) reported Q4 FFO of $0.81, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.85. Revenue for the quarter came in at $168.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $167.15 million.

GUIDANCE:

Sun Communities sees FY2016 FFO of $3.72 - $3.79, versus the consensus of $3.91.
