Southwestern Energy (NYSE: SWN) reported Q1 EPS of $0.12, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.42 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.29 billion.
Due to the pending merger with Chesapeake Energy Corporation (“Chesapeake”), Southwestern Energy has discontinued providing guidance.
