Sonoco (SON) Tops Q1 EPS by 1c

Sonoco (NYSE: SON) reported Q1 EPS of $0.59, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.58. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.17 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.17 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Sonoco sees Q2 2017 EPS of $0.67-$0.73, versus the consensus of $0.70.

Sonoco sees FY2017 EPS of $2.73-$2.83, versus the consensus of $2.70.
