ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) reported Q4 EPS of $3.11, $0.33 better than the analyst estimate of $2.78. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.44 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.4 billion.

Sees FY subscription revenue $10.56 billion to $10.58 billion, estimate $10.49 billion
