ServiceNow (NOW) Tops Q4 EPS by 12c; Guides

ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) reported Q4 EPS of $0.20, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $285.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $281.36 million.

GUIDANCE:

ServiceNow sees Q1 2016 revenue of $298-303 million, versus the consensus of $297.8 million.

ServiceNow sees FY2016 revenue of $1.3-1.37 billion, versus the consensus of $1.37 billion.
