Sears Holdings (SHLD) Misses Q3 EPS by 2c

Sears Holdings (NASDAQ: SHLD) reported Q3 EPS of ($2.86), $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of ($2.84). Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.8 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.51 billion.

Kmart and Sears Domestic comparable store sales declined 7.5% and 9.6%, respectively, in the third quarter of 2015 with more than half of the decline coming from declines in apparel and consumer electronics, a lower margin category;
