SPX FLOW (FLOW) Reports Q3 Loss of $0.10

SPX FLOW (NYSE: FLOW) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.10), versus $1.34 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $589.5 million, versus $681.5 million reported last year.

The decline in net income per share was due primarily to $0.55 of additional special charges, a $0.40 reduction in segment income, nearly all concentrated in the Power and Energy segment, and a non-cash impairment charge of $0.26 per share related to Power and Energy trademarks.
