Retrophin (NASDAQ: RTRX) reported Q1 EPS of ($3.03), $2.59 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.44). Revenue for the quarter came in at $27.9 thousand versus the consensus estimate of $800 thousand.

Q1 EPS included a charge of $53.6 million related to the change in fair value of its derivative financial instruments.
