RetailMeNot (SALE) Tops Q3 EPS by 8c, Updates Guidance

RetailMeNot (NASDAQ: SALE) reported Q3 EPS of $0.12, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $52.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $48.71 million.

RetailMeNot sees FY2015 revenue of $240-242 million, versus the consensus of $236.47 million.

• Adjusted EBITDA is expected to be in the range of $66.0 to $68.0 million, or adjusted EBITDA margins of 28% at the mid-point.

RetailMeNot sees Q4 2015 revenue of $74-76 million, versus the consensus of $74.07 million.

• Adjusted EBITDA is expected to be in the range of $25.0 to $27.0 million, or adjusted EBITDA margins of 35% at the mid-point.
