RealPage (RP) Tops Q2 EPS by 1c, Updates Guidance

RealPage (NASDAQ: RP) reported Q2 EPS of $0.18, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $142.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $141.45 million.

GUIDANCE:

RealPage sees Q3 2016 EPS of $0.18-$0.19, versus the consensus of $0.19. RealPage sees Q3 2016 revenue of $146-148 million, versus the consensus of $148.13 million.

RealPage sees FY2016 EPS of $0.71-$0.74, versus the consensus of $0.72. RealPage sees FY2016 revenue of $567-573 million, versus the consensus of $569.52 million.
