Ramco-Gershenson (NYSE: RPT) reported Q1 FFO of $0.36, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $59.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $61.1 million.Ramco-Gershenson reaffirmed FY2015 guidance.
