Rackspace (RAX) Tops Q4 EPS by 1c, FY16 Revenue Guidance Misses

Rackspace (NYSE: RAX) reported Q4 EPS of $0.24, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.23. Revenue for the quarter came in at $522.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $521.39 million.

GUIDANCE:

Rackspace sees Q1 2016 revenue of $517-521 million, versus the consensus of $530.68 million.

Rackspace sees FY2016 revenue of $2.08-2.16 billion, versus the consensus of $2.21 billion.
