RLJ Lodging Trust (NYSE: RLJ) reported Q2 EPS of $0.20, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $369.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $365.67 million.

Adjusted EBITDA: $346.5M to $366.5M.

Adjusted FFO per diluted share: $1.45 to $1.58
