RLJ Entertainment (RLJE) Reports Q1 Loss of $1.14/Share

RLJ Entertainment (NASDAQ: RLJE) reported Q1 EPS of ($1.14), versus ($0.84) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $22.81 million, versus $26.12 million reported last year.

The Acorn TV paid subscriber base increased 100% from 130,000 as of March 31, 2015, to over 260,000 as of March 31, 2016. As of April 30, 2016, its paid subscriber base was approximately 280,000.
