QTS Realty Trust (NYSE: QTS) reported Q4 Op/. FFO of $0.64, $0.54 better than the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $105.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $104.75 million.
GUIDANCE:
QTS Realty Trust sees FY2017 FFO of $2.64-$2.76, versus the consensus of $2.71.
