Proofpoint, Inc. (PFPT) Reports In-Line Q2 EPS

Proofpoint, Inc. (NASDAQ: PFPT) reported Q2 EPS of ($0.09), in-line with the analyst estimates. Revenue for the quarter came in at $63.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $60.91 million.

Proofpoint, Inc. sees Q3 2015 EPS of ($0.12)-($0.11), Q3 2015 revenue of $65-66 million. Management sees FY2015 revenue of $255.5-257.5 million.
