Premiere Global Services (PGI) Tops Q3 EPS by 1c, Boosts Guidance

Premiere Global Services (NYSE: PGI) reported Q3 EPS of $0.22, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $140 million versus the consensus estimate of $140.5 million.

Premiere Global Services sees FY2014 EPS of $0.87-$0.88, versus prior guidance of $0.85-$0.88 and the consensus of $0.87. Premiere Global Services sees FY2014 revenue of $568-571 million, versus prior guidance of $565-575 million and the consensus of $569 million.
