Post Properties (PPS) Tops Q2 FFO by 3c

Post Properties (NYSE: PPS) reported Q2 FFO of $0.82, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.79. Revenue for the quarter came in at $99.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $99.3 million.

GUIDANCE:

Post Properties sees FY2016 FFO of $3.20-$3.24, versus prior guidance of $3.12-$3.22 and the consensus of $3.20.
