Parkway Properties (PKY) Tops Q3 FFO by 1c

Parkway Properties (NYSE: PKY) reported Q3 FFO of $0.37, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.36. Revenue for the quarter came in at $115.75 million versus the consensus estimate of $109.2 million.

Parkway Properties raised FY2014 FFO to $1.36-$1.40, versus the consensus of $1.37.
