Oracle (ORCL) Lower After Revenue Number Misses Views

Shares of Oracle (Nasdaq: ORCL) are down 9% in after-hours trading after the company reported Q3 results. Q3 EPS was in-line, but revenues for the quarter was slightly below Wall Street estimates.

Oracle reported Q3 EPS of $0.30, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenues for the quarter were $5.37 billion, versus the consensus of $5.42 billion.
