Opendoor (OPEN) Tops Q1 EPS by 17c, Revenue Beats, Offers Guidance

Opendoor (NASDAQ: OPEN) reported Q1 EPS of $0.04, $0.17 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.13). Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.29 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Opendoor sees Q2 2022 revenue of $4.1-4.3 billion, versus the consensus of $3.93 billion.

• 2Q22 Adjusted EBITDA1 guidance of $170 million - $190 million, up 604% YoY at the midpoint of range
