Oclaro (OCLR) Tops Q2 EPS by 2c, Offers Q3 Guidance

Oclaro (NASDAQ: OCLR) reported Q2 EPS of ($0.35), $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.37). Revenue for the quarter came in at $86.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $83.62 million.

Oclaro sees Q3 2012 Non-GAAP gross margin in the range of 14% to 19%. . Oclaro sees Q3 2012 revenue of $90-$97 million, versus the consensus of $98.21 million.
