NetApp (NTAP) Tops Q2 EPS by 1c; Issues Light Q3 EPS Outlook

NetApp (NASDAQ: NTAP) reported Q2 EPS of $0.70, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.69. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.54 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.56 billion.

Q3 Fiscal Year 2015 Outlook The Company provided the following financial guidance for the third quarter of fiscal year 2015:

• Net revenues are expected to be in the range of $1.56 billion to $1.66 billion
• GAAP earnings per share is expected to be in the range of $0.52 to $0.57 per share
• Non-GAAP earnings per share is expected to be in the range of $0.74 to $0.79 per share
